I bought the SuperAire humidifier, hoping that it would be easy to use and not difficult to fill as you state on your website. I have been very pleased with how the unit works. The health care mode has been a wonderful feature as I just set the mode and let the machine run. My mother cannot lift heavy water tanks and flip them over and that is one of the reasons I was drawn to the SuperAire.
