Once a product is received, check the
package to make sure there are no signs of damage. Do not accept the
package unless you can determine that the product inside is undamaged.
Keep all confirmation receipts, tracking
emails, shipping slips, and original packaging so that the information can
be used in the event of a return.
Important: A Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number must be displayed on all returned
merchandise as instructed by customer service or the return will not be
accepted.

593-0559 for instructions before returning any item(s) that have a 30-day
money back guarantee. A RMA number must be issued by customer
service before returning a purchase.

A valid RMA number must appear below the
name of Humidifiers Direct on the prepaid return shipping label. All
returnable items must be in the original box and include all accessories.

Once the item is received and is verified to
be in acceptable condition, applicable credit will be issued to the
customer's credit card. Please allow 30 days for a refund to appear
on credit card statements.

shipping and handling expenses to return the item.
