Warranty and Replacement Policy
Humidifiers Direct
Humidifier Warranty:
The SuperAire, SonicAire, and MiniAire humidifiers are warranted against defective material or
workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Any
defective part will be repaired or replaced at no charge if it has not
been tampered with and the appliance has been used according to the
printed directions supplied.
Return Policy Requirements:
Packages received without following the
below requirements will not be accepted.
No exceptions.

Please email Customer Service at
service@humidifiersdirect.com for the fastest response, or call (801)
593-0559 for instructions before returning any item(s) for repair or
replacement. A RMA number must be issued by customer service before
returning a purchase.

A valid RMA number must appear below the
name of Humidifiers Direct on the prepaid return shipping label. All
returnable items must be in the original box and include all accessories.

Customers returning a product are responsible for all return
shipping and handling expenses.

Once the item is received and is examined
the unit will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of
Humidifiers Direct. Repaired or new humidifiers will be shipped without
any additional shipping cost to the customer.
Other Conditions
The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other written
warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, including any
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The
manufacturer's maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase
price paid by you for the product. In no event shall the manufacturer or
reseller be
liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. This
warranty does not cover a defect that resulted from improper or
unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, improper packing, or
unauthorized tampering, alteration, or modification as determined solely
by us. This warranty is void if the label bearing the serial number has
been removed or defaced.

30-Day Replacement Policy
Your satisfaction means
everything to us, and we hope to give you excellent service. If any part
of your humidifier requires repair
during the first 30 days after receiving it, due to
manufacturer defect, Humidifiers Direct will replace it with a new
machine.

Shipping Information
It typically takes 5-7 business days
(including Saturday) to receive your order once it is placed. Orders
normally ship within one business day once order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends will be
processed the following business day. Free shipping based on UPS
Ground.
Express shipping also available
for an additional $50.00 per unit (normally 1 to 2 days).
Shipping to Canada: Shipping to
Canada is also now free, based on UPS Ground.
International Shipping (outside
Continental U.S. & Canada): Either place order and shipping will be quoted
to you through email, or
email us for a quote before placing order.
